Youth on Course is open to golfers ages 6-18 and designed to make the game more accessible for young players at every stage. If your child wants to play more golf, this is a simple place to start.

Youth on Course gives families one clear place to begin, combining affordable access to golf with the tools young players need to start building a real connection to the game. No complicated pathway to figure out! Just an easy first step that gets them on the course.

How It Works

After paying a $25 annual fee, Youth on Course members can play eligible rounds for just $5 at participating courses across the Carolinas. It’s a simple way to turn your young golfer’s interest into more time on the course.

What’s Included:

$5 Rounds of Golf:
Play individual rounds for $5 or less at over 150 participating courses throughout North and South Carolina and hundreds more throughout the United States.

Digital Membership Card:
Your membership card lives in the Youth on Course app—show it at check-in. No physical card needed.

A Handicap Index®:
Post scores and build an official Handicap Index® with the CGA. Track your progress and compete fairly.

Program Benefits:
Access YOC opportunities and benefits at YouthOnCourse.org.

Alumni Network:
Members aging out gain access to the Youth on Course Alumni Network—exclusive events, deals, and career connections for ages 19+.

CGA Member Benefits:
Your membership also includes all standard CGA member benefits.
