Handicapping Resources
Every golfer at your club deserves a Handicap Index® they can trust. Our Knowledge Base gives your club and your Handicap Committee the tools you need: GHIN® Admin Portal resources, the USGA® Handicap Committee Guide, the Handicap Review Toolkit, World Handicap System™ requirements for remaining authorized, and Rules of Handicapping material.
Golf Genius™ Support and Resources
The CGA Member Services Team provides expert Golf Genius support during normal business hours through a Golf Genius HELP ticket, by phone at 910-687-4040, or by email at gasc@carolinasgolf.org.

Tournament Scorecards, Cart Signs, and Shaft Labels
The CGA stocks event and club supplies designed for use with Golf Genius software:
Form 404 Scorecards. Two cards per sheet. Available with rules guidance printed on the back or blank on both sides for custom printing.
Form 405 Marker Scorecards. Two cards per sheet, each with a tear-off marker tab. Available with rules guidance or blank.
Form 402 Cart Signs. Two signs per sheet, sized for standard or smaller cart holders. Blank on both sides.
Shaft ID Labels. Laser-printable labels that identify clubs in case of loss or theft.
Scorecard and cart sign boxes contain 500 sheets (1,000 cards). Label boxes contain 100 sheets (1,600 labels).
Orders of two or more boxes include a free shipping option. Single-box orders carry a $7.50 shipping and handling charge. Sales tax is applied where required. Orders placed for shipment outside of the Carolinas require payment by credit card.

Agronomy Services
The Carolinas Golf Association provides expert agronomy services to support member clubs in maintaining high-quality playing conditions while promoting sound environmental and sustainability practices. Through this service, the CGA offers access to nationally respected agronomy experts with decades of experience in turfgrass management, research, and golf course operations.

CGA agronomy services are provided at no direct cost to member clubs.
The only expense to the club is reimbursement for the agronomists' travel costs, which are billed based on actual expenses incurred.
