USNDP State Teams
Team North and South Carolina are elite state junior golf teams, created under the U.S. National Development Program (USNDP), an initiative launched by the United States Golf Association to create critical development, competitive, and talent identification opportunities for golfers ages 13-18.

Create Your Own Club
One of our favorite things about the game is how it brings people together. Every group deserves a place to call home. With 10 or more golfers, your group can create a CGA Affiliate Club for use of GHIN services and tournament management software.
An individual can start a club with groups of friends, co-workers, family members, or even strangers, as long as the club provides a regular opportunity for members to play together and offers at least one club-sponsored event for members to participate in.
Our Affiliate Club membership option covers clubs that aren’t directly connected to a traditional physical golf course, country club, or practice facility.
Affiliate CGA Club Membership:
Available to clubs without a green grass facility, composed of at least 10 individual members enrolling to use GHIN® services and receive a Handicap Index® issued by the USGA®.
- Affiliate clubs can be formed through other organizations, such as businesses, fraternal groups, clubs, etc. They can also be formed as new organizations through advertising, recruitment, etc.
- An individual can start a club with friends, co-workers, family members, or even strangers, as long as the club provides a regular opportunity for members to play and offers at least one club-sponsored event for members to participate in.
- You’ll need to establish a volunteer Handicap Committee and provide some basic information about the group.
A CGA Member Club gives your golfers a Handicap Index®, a foundation for fair competition, and a stronger connection to the Carolinas golf community. You keep your tee times, traditions, and group dynamics entirely your own. Your club also benefits from access to Golf Genius™ Club to manage all levels of play.
