Managing your Master Roster

You can access your Master Roster by going to Customer Center > Master Roster tab > Master Roster

Once your Master Roster is loaded into your Golf Genius account, you can view and edit information for each player by clicking on their names. 

You can filter the fields shown on your Master Roster view by clicking the "Fields" tab on the left side of your screen. 

How to Update your Master Roster

  1. Update players individually: Click on the player and edit the necessary information.
  2. Update via spreadsheet: Download the existing roster, make changes on the spreadsheet and upload it back into your account
    1. VERY IMPORTANT- do NOT remove players from the spreadsheet or sort data on the spreadsheet when making edits.
  3. Refresh Master Roster from GHIN: Go to Customer Center > Master Roster tab > Refresh Master Roster from GHIN to refresh and sync your Master Roster with your GHIN Roster.
  4. Master Roster Sync through Integrations: For integration support, please start a Golf Genius HELP ticket through your account.
