I searched my course on GHIN, but nothing shows up. Why is my course not showing?

If a course is not appearing in the GHIN search, it could indicate one of two things:

1. The course name was entered incorrectly. The best way to search courses is by using keywords, rather than typing out the full name. 

2. The course's ratings have expired. The USGA requires all courses to be re-rated every 10 years. If a course's ratings have passed that 10 year mark, they are expired and rounds played at the course may not be posted for handicap purposes.
