I am no longer a member of a club, but I want to continue maintaining my Handicap Index®. What should I do?

If you are looking for an alternative to renewing with a traditional green-grass club, joining our Carolinas virtual eClub may be a great option!

You can create an eClub account from our association website. Please visit www.carolinasgolf.org and click on the "Join/Renew" link in the very upper right-hand corner.

Please select the correct new eClub based on where you live. If you are renewing an existing GHIN number, please answer “Yes". The renewal system will send to your inbox a 6-digit verification code.

If you are signing up for a handicap account for the first time, please select “no” when asked if you already have a handicap account.

Please follow the remainder of the online options. During the registration process, you will have a chance to choose an auto-renewal option if you wish.

You will be automatically activated once the registration process is successfully completed. A welcome email will be sent to your account shortly after your registration is finished. If you previously had a handicap password, you may still use the same password. If not, please follow the instructions in the email to choose your password.
