How to use Roster Activity Logs

Activity logs are a great resource for viewing what actions have been taken at the Customer Center and Event/League levels, and identifying who took that action.

Master Roster Activity Log

You can access the Master Roster Activity Log by going to Customer Center > Master Roster tab > Roster Activity Log.

In this view, you can see:

  1. Golfer Registration Log: how players were added to the Master Roster and any updates made to the player profiles
  2. Handicap Index® Management Log: updates to the players' Handicap Index
  3. Customer Center Log: any actions taken at the Customer Center level (e.g., creation/deletion of Events and Leagues, removal of Customer Managers, etc.)

Event/League Roster Activity Log

You can access an Event/League Roster Activity Log by going to an Event/League > Roster Activity Log. Here, you will be able to see the following tabs:

  1. Golfer Registration Log: how players were added to the Event/League Roster and any updates made to the player profiles
  2. Calendar Log: any updates to round dates and the origin of the Event/League
  3. Handicap Index® Management: updates to the players' Handicap Index
  4. Attempted Registration Log: only available when registration payments are enabled

Player Roster Activity Log

You can access the Player Roster Log for a specific round in an Event/League by going to Event/League > Rounds tab > select the round > Round Player Roster > Player Roster Log.

This page will detail if a player is confirmed or not playing the round, as well as how their playing status was updated on the player roster. If round sign-ups are being used, you will also be able to see when the round was opened for signups, and if automatic invitations were sent out.

*Note: At this time, there is not a way to track changes made to tournaments, pairings, course and tee updates, etc.
