How do I transfer my GHIN account to another club?
You may be moving to another green-grass club, a virtual eClub or to another association. What are the next steps?
Moving to another green-grass club:
You should contact your new club directly and request they add you to their club's handicap roster. They should add you to their roster using your existing Handicap ID/GHIN® number so that you may continue to use the same number and your existing scoring record will remain intact.
Moving to a virtual eClub:
To join a Carolinas eClub, please visit this page and select the correct eClub based on where you live. When prompted, enter your existing GHIN® number and email address. You will receive a verification code to your email inbox to verify your handicap account. After you enter your verification number, please follow the remainder of the online options. You will be automatically activated in the eClub once the renewal process is successfully completed.
Moving to another association:
You will need to contact your new association for your options to renew. Regardless of how you renew, be sure to renew with your existing GHIN® number so that your scoring record remains intact.
