2026 CGA Billing Schedule

February 28th 

Deadline to inactivate prior year members and provide Professional Staff Comps (up to 3 per 18 holes and must be submitted via email in writing each year on club letterhead to billing@carolinasgolf.org) 

March 1st 

First invoice - All active golfers age 19 or older on the club roster, or minimum golfers (whichever is greater).  Juniors who turn 19 years old after March 1 will not be billed during that year. 

July 1st 

Second invoice - Roster activations between March 1 and June 30 

November 1st 

Third invoice - Roster activations between July 1 and October 31
